Melting

We operate advanced induction furnaces with a melting capacity of 50 kg - 12 tons, ensuring efficient, uniform melts for high-manganese and alloy steel castings with precise chemical composition control.

Furnace Capacity

We have a furnace capacity ranging from 50 Kg, 1 Ton, 3 Tons, 6 Tons to 12 tons.

Single Piece Component

Capacity to produce single components of 5 Kg to 10 Tons.

Mould Boxes

We have 350 sets of different-sized mould boxes to facilitate early knockout of castings from sand, which results in no thermal shock in castings. Accurate weight of casting as per drawing (+/- 10 Kg).

Manganese Component Raw Material

We proudly claim to have long term experience of manufacturing different manganese alloys like:

12-24% Manganese – Vanadium used in grinding industry

12-24% Manganese – Chromium used in crushing industry

12% Manganese + 0.5 Molybdenum used in the metal shredding industry

12% Manganese – 1% Molybdenum used in track shoes and idlers of electric rope shovel

12-24% Manganese + Chromium + Copper for crushing industry

12-24% Manganese + Nickel used for rewelding

Pattern Making

We have more than 5000 patterns in our stock.

Our stock of 9 CNC machines helps with speedy processes.

We can produce 6 patterns simultaneously in just 2 days with help of our latest CNC Machine.

We have a team of Five solid work designers to make 3D models. We create 3D model patterns with casting shrinkage.

One magma license of (20 core) to have a simulation of casting.

We keep stock of pattern wood for seasoning wood to avoid variation in the size of pattern.

Raw Material

High grade ferro alloys procured from south Africa.

High quality steel scrap.

Foundry chemicals exclusively sourced from renowned companies.

High Crome Iron.

Special alloy of high carbon, high chromium with nickel & moly used for impactor spares.

Olivine sand procured from turkey.

Heat Treatment

Fully controlled heat treatment (+/-10 °C).

No air pollution, A gas fired heat treatment furnace is used, resulting in no air pollution.

Four ovens of 20 capacity each.

Fork crane of 15 ton for quenching.

Quenching time less than 25 seconds.

Two separate tanks of 400000 liters.

Dedicated water cooling towards for 5000 liter per minute.

200 kw propellers are installed.

Spectrometer

Casting Simulation Software

Standard samples of different grades of manganese have been collected from different parts of the world to calibrate the spectrometer which result in precise measuring of elements in castings.

Dimension inspection of each casting with the help of template & hosted directly.

Direct hosting of dimensional & process inspection as it helps to avoid any scope of error.

Complicated dimensions profile checked by portable CMM machine.

Accurate weight of casting as per drawing (+/- 10Kg).

Quality Check

All of our tests undergo extra quality testing to assure their durability in high impact applications.
