since the last 30 years ago.
1990: The beginning of the Company
Our founder, Mr. Sitaram Mittal, started with two fully owned crushers. After identifying a common problem of non-availability of good quality casting products, he decided to start manufacturing in-house Crusher Manganese Parts.
1995: Established Our Own Foundry
What began as a humble beginning, expanded into a full-fledged foundry, making its way in the domestic market providing superior quality and excellent service.
2000: We Forayed into the International Market
After receiving an overwhelming response in domestic and Asian market, the company started capturing international market. Under the guidance & leadership of the founder, the company's overseas sales accelerated at new heights.
2003: New Foundry with state-of-the-art technology
The company expanded operations, establishing a new foundry in an area of about 11 acers, equipped with the latest technology and automations.
2006: Fettling Automation
30 New fettling machine / robotics manipulators were introduced, SPM (Special purpose machine) were also introduced.
2008: Updation of the Machines Shop
The machines shop was expanded to meet the requirement of dimensional control of castings. New VTLS and Plano miller were introduced.
2012: Heat Treatment Automation
We automated our heat treatment process by using important PLC controlled burner, thereby reducing the human intervention.
2015: Pattern making Automation
Ten new fully automated CNC Machine were introduced.
2022: New Members of Family Joined
With the expansion of the company the requirement for more members generated. Hence, it becomes a calling for family members to join in and handle various operations of the company.
